What happens if my gate is locked?
If we cannot access the yard, we will let you know. A missed visit due to locked gates, blocked access, or unsafe conditions may still be billable.
What do you do with the waste?
Standard service includes bagged waste placed in your outside trash bin. Haul-away is available as an add-on for $5 per recurring visit, with one-time cleanup haul-away starting at $15.
